Zoned Sports Academy is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach who is eager to take on a comprehensive role in athlete development. This position involves more than just running workouts; we are looking for someone who will fully engage in the development process for our athletes.
As a coach, you will:
• Assess each athlete using the Proteus performance system.
• Identify individual strengths and weaknesses.
• Build personalized strength programs based on data insights.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and keep athletes motivated throughout their season.
We have both full-time and part-time positions available, with schedules that align with the seasonality of the sports we train. Flexibility across evenings, mornings, and weekends is essential.
Requirements include:
• A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• CSCS certification (or actively pursuing).
• Experience coaching youth athletes; familiarity with Proteus is a significant advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a genuine investment in athlete development.
If you are a coach dedicated to building the next generation of athletes rather than just supervising a weight room, we would love to hear from you.
