As part of an outpatient counseling center, our counselors conduct sessions in an appointment-based format, which accommodates the schedules and needs of our diverse clientele. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for clients to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their specific mental health needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create holistic treatment strategies that enhance client care.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records within our electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices and advancements in mental health care through workshops and relevant training.

The clients served by Gotham Enterprises Ltd. span a wide demographic, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and substance abuse challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in providing counseling services in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical principles and legal regulations governing counseling practices.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, substance use disorders, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant software to manage client documentation and billing.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals.
