This full-time position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work arrangement that prioritizes work-life balance while delivering critical services to clients. You will operate from your home office, making it easy to communicate with clients through telehealth platforms. The outpatient office structure of our organization ensures that you are supported by a multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing patient care.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored therapy plans that align with their specific circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to deliver effective one-on-one and group counseling sessions.
• Offer specialized support for clients experiencing PTSD, implementing strategies that promote healing and resilience.
• Oversee case management services, including referrals to other specialists when necessary, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive care.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of therapy sessions in compliance with ICD-9 guidelines, guaranteeing quality and accountability in our treatment processes.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to improve therapy outcomes and explore holistic approaches for patient care.
• Provide counseling services specifically tailored for children and families, fostering healthy familial dynamics.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele across California, encompassing individuals and families grappling with various psychological challenges. By employing a range of therapeutic techniques, you will support clients in developing coping strategies, improving emotional health, and navigating the intricacies of personal relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license issued by the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of experience delivering therapeutic services and managing cases in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods appropriate for treating complex mental health issues.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to engage clients and establish rapport in a remote environment.

• Experience working with multicultural populations and an understanding of diverse family dynamics.
• Familiarity with remote counseling tools and platforms, enhancing client interactions and session management.
• Knowledge of best practices in teletherapy, maintaining ethical standards and privacy regulations.
