• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and other therapists, to create comprehensive treatment strategies that address the multifaceted aspects of mental health.
• Monitor and document client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize data collection methodologies to analyze the effectiveness of treatments and contribute to ongoing program development efforts.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date client records using secure and compliant electronic health record systems.
• Continuously engage in professional development by staying informed about the latest research, best practices, and therapeutic methodologies in the mental health field.

Your clinical expertise will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. You will have the opportunity to address a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma, facilitating healing and growth in a supportive and welcoming environment.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as an LMFT in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid foundational skill set for providing effective therapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills that support effective patient care delivery.

• Experience with clinical research, data collection, and coding is beneficial, enriching your ability to contribute to various initiatives focusing on client outcomes and treatment effectiveness.
