What is a trainee program?

A trainee program is a structured work-based learning experience designed for recent graduates or individuals new to a field. These programs typically combine on-the-job training with mentorship, workshops, and rotations across different departments. The goal is to help trainees develop practical skills, gain industry knowledge, and prepare for permanent roles within the organization.
