What is a trainee program?

A trainee program is a structured work-based learning experience designed for recent graduates or individuals new to a field. These programs typically combine on-the-job training with mentorship, workshops, and rotations across different departments. The goal is to help trainees develop practical skills, gain industry knowledge, and prepare for permanent roles within the organization. Trainee programs often last from several months to two years and can lead to full-time positions upon successful completion.

What can I expect during the rotation phases of a Trainee Program, and how do they help in career development?

During the rotation phases of a Trainee Program, you will typically spend several weeks or months in different departments or functional areas within the organization. This structure allows you to gain broad exposure to various roles, processes, and teams, helping you understand the company's operations as a whole.
