Job description

Become a part of our caring community

As a Home Health Sales Specialist, you will:

Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships.

Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.

Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities.

You will report to a Market Executive of Sales.


Use your skills to make an impact

Required and Preferred Experience/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.

Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred.

Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred

Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Human's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$58,700 - $78,500 per year


This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
