In this role, you'll contribute to the agency's claims advocacy efforts by supporting claim intake, monitoring claim progress, maintaining accurate records, and helping clients understand what to expect throughout the life of a claim. How You'll Make an Impact
  • Manage claim intake and reporting activities from initial notice through carrier submission, helping ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain detailed claim documentation, agency management system records, and carrier communications to support efficient claim handling.
  • Utilize activity logging, suspense tracking, and documentation procedures to keep claim files organized and up to date.
  • Assist with loss run requests, data validation, and preparation of loss summaries that support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor claim activity and follow up with adjusters to help ensure timely assignments, updates, and resolution progress.
  • Coordinate claim-related information with Account Management and Risk Control teams to provide a consistent client experience.
  • Support claim reviews, client meetings, and ongoing communication by gathering information and maintaining schedules.
