Insurance Agent Trainee / Insurance Sales Representative

Full-Time | Entry-Level
Starting: $33,000–$35,000 Starting Base + Commission & Bonuses
Potential $45,000–$70,000+ Total Compensation for Successful Performers (Uncapped)
Education: Minimum of two years of college coursework required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Dan Heiman – State Farm Agency is looking for a driven, motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Trainee / Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative. No insurance experience is required. We will train the right person and help you obtain your Property & Casualty license.

What You'll Do
  • As you learn the business, your responsibilities will include:
  • Learn insurance products and how to identify customer needs
  • Develop insurance quotes and present coverage options
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers
  • Set appointments and develop new business opportunities
  • Help customers with their insurance needs and questions
  • Provide prompt, professional and friendly customer service
  • Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs
  • Develop long-term customer relationships
  • Work closely with an experienced team while developing your sales and insurance skills
