We're looking for a quality-minded dessert lover to ensure the integrity of our Bakery operations, build a small team of Associates and focus on outstanding execution of department operations. Working with the Bakery Manager, you will help create an exceptional customer experience and support a successful, sustainable department, taking ownership and making decisions that will have a genuine impact on store success and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:

  •  Assisting the Bakery Manager in running a smooth and efficient operation

  • Ordering, displaying and maintaining inventory for items sold in the Bakery

  •  Helping to train, develop and motivate Associates and build a strong, cohesive team

  •  Maintaining a clean and sanitary department and adhering to proper food-handling procedures

  •  Providing friendly, amazing service to every customer
