  • Job Title: Field Service Engineer (Electromechanical)
  • Location: Regional Travel. Preference for candidates near MI, OH, WI (Not necessarily travel to all areas).
  • Work Arrangement: Central Field-Based / On-site
  • Required Skills: 3+ years servicing industrial equipment, electromechanical engineering proficiency, industrial laser systems knowledge, and axis motion systems. 3+ years working with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
  • Required Certifications/Licenses: Electromechanical certifications sought.
  • Other Required: Valid Driver’s License and U.S. Passport.
  • Preferred Skills: Additive Manufacturing data prep, PC/Network configuration.

Your Mission

  • Own the servicing of complex industrial equipment, ensuring every system is calibrated for operational efficiency.
  • Provide on-site and remote tech support, diagnosing and repairing hardware to keep production lines moving.
  • Perform precision preventive maintenance and keep service records to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
  • Partner with 2nd Level Support engineering teams to maintain the local install to the highest global standards.


What You Bring to the Team

  • 3+ years of experience servicing industrial equipment and a background in electromechanical engineering.
  • Good understanding of industrial lasers, axis motion systems, with the ability to read complex schematics.
  • Willingness to travel 50% within an assigned Central territory, which may include portions of MI, OH, WI. 
  • Valid driver’s license, passport, and excitement for travel. FSE’s are mostly home on Friday evenings/weekends.
