Job description

Dental Electroplating Trainee - 1st Shift


Generous PTO + Quarterly Bonuses

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to join our team in an Electroplating role. You’ll be working with metal components, applying plating solutions, and ensuring high-quality finishes through precise processes. This role requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. If you take pride in your work and enjoy hands-on tasks, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare parts for electroplating by cleaning and inspecting surfaces.
  • Operate and monitor electroplating equipment and chemical baths.
  • Follow documented procedures for plating operations and quality checks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Take initiative and demonstrate a strong drive for results.
  • Follow all company safety policies and practices.
  • Work overtime when needed (not mandatory).

What You’ll Bring:

  • No prior electroplating experience required — training provided.
  • Experience in manufacturing or metal finishing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Physical Side:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds consistently.
  • Stand and sit throughout the workday as needed.
  • Comfortable working around chemicals and using appropriate PPE.
