Neilsoft’s AEC/BIM Practice addresses needs of the AEC/O industry for A/S/MEPF BIM & Engineering Services, Scan2BIM / Reality capture, real-time Digital Twins, custom BIM automation solutions development, AI/ML-assisted solutions development and custom BIM 4D/5D solutions. We work with leading Architectural firms, MEP Consultants, Trade Contractors, Design-Build firms and Fabricators (Precast, Steel, Modular, Timber) to address the needs of different types of projects including Hospitals, Airports, Corporate campuses, Data Centers, Factories & Industrial Plants, Education & Institutional facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying target accounts, generating leads, and building a qualified prospect funnel.
  • Support business development activities for defined industry verticals and offerings
  • Participate in client interactions, meetings, and presentations alongside senior team members.
  • Learn the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure—under the mentorship of a Senior Sales professional.
  • Create a plan to address defined markets & execute on the plan to achieve business/revenue targets

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years experience, Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or related Engineering fields (preferred).
  • MBA or business coursework is an added advantage, though not mandatory.
  • Passionate to build a career in Sales
  • Strong communication skills, curiosity, and willingness to engage with clients
  • Self‐driven, organized, and eager to grow in a fast‐paced environment
  • Willingness to travel, ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-driven
  • Exposure to Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
