Job description

We’re looking for a compassionate primary care physician trained in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care and build trusting relationships with patients and their families. You’ll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice that values clinical excellence, innovation, and meaningful community impact.

  • Participate in population health initiatives and care coordination to improve outcomes for our communities.
  • Contribute to teaching and professional development activities, including involvement in graduate medical education.

What we’re looking for:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
  • Eligible for, or able to obtain, an unrestricted New York medical license prior to employment.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Experience with Epic or a comparable enterprise EHR.
  • Cultural competency and/or multilingual skills are highly valued—especially Spanish, Haitian Creole, Bengali, or other languages commonly spoken in eastern Brooklyn.
  • Interest in value-based care, population health, and care coordination.
  • A desire to teach and mentor trainees as part of an academic and community-oriented team.
