Job description

Join a mission-driven, community-focused health system serving Brooklyn’s vibrant and diverse neighborhoods. We’re looking for a compassionate primary care physician trained in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine who wants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care and build lasting relationships with patients and their families. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, innovation, and making a real community impact.

What you’ll do

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care to a diverse patient population.
  • Engage in population health initiatives and coordinate care across settings to improve outcomes.
  • Participate in teaching and professional development activities—help mentor trainees and contribute to our graduate medical education programs.

What we offer

  • Competitive pay package: $180,000–$320,000 annually (base salary + productivity incentives, dependent on experience and training).
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
  • Malpractice insurance provided.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, holidays, sick leave, and personal days.
  • CME allowance and paid support for professional conferences.
  • Paid professional membership dues.
  • Student loan repayment opportunities through Doctors Across New York and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness for qualifying candidates.
  • Immigration support, including visa sponsorship and work authorization assistance for qualified candidates.

Who we’re looking for

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
  • Eligible for, or able to obtain, an unrestricted New York medical license prior to employment.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Experience with Epic or a comparable enterprise electronic health record.
  • Cultural competency or multilingual skills that reflect eastern Brooklyn’s communities (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Bengali, or other commonly spoken languages strongly preferred).
  • Interest in value-based care, population health, and care coordination.
  • A desire to teach and take part in graduate medical education.

If you’re excited to practice meaningful primary care in a supportive, community-centered setting, we’d love to hear from you.
