About This Role
We're looking for a driven District Service Sales Representative to join our Indianapolis, IN service center. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers in your territory — hunting for new business, nurturing existing relationships, and selling trailer service and maintenance solutions to fleets and commercial transportation accounts. What You'll Do
  • Prospect and conquer new customers while maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts
  • Sell trailer service, preventative maintenance, and repair solutions to trucking companies, fleets, leasing companies, and commercial transportation accounts
  • Cold call and conduct in-person visits to build and manage a strong customer pipeline
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Deliver excellent customer service and serve as the go-to resource for your accounts
  • Stay current on industry trends, trailer service developments, and competitor activity
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Proven outside sales experience, ideally in the truck, trailer, or commercial vehicle industry
  • Familiarity with trailer service and maintenance strongly preferred
  • Clean MVR and comfortable spending time on the road visiting customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you can build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your territory with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with the service team to deliver on customer commitments
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged sitting, standing, stooping, and kneeling
  • Reaching with arms and hands
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work independently in field settings
