Job description

ENFOS is redefining how global enterprises manage long-term environmental risk. As the category leader in Environmental Obligation Management, our platform centralizes and automates the full lifecycle of Environmental Remediation Obligations (EROs) and Asset Retirement Obligations (AROs)—replacing fragmented spreadsheets and outdated tools with a purpose-built, multi-tenant SaaS platform.

For 25 years, ENFOS has helped the world’s leading industrial companies stay audit-ready, SOX-compliant, and financially in control of their environmental obligations. Privately held and profitable, ENFOS operates with no direct competitors and supports a blue-chip customer base spanning energy and natural resources, chemicals, manufacturing, and logistics end markets.

With regulatory pressure rising and ESG scrutiny intensifying, ENFOS is uniquely positioned to empower Finance, Legal, and Remediation teams to improve decision-making, mitigate risk, and drive long-term balance sheet reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain scalable infrastructure: Build and support reliable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure that powers ENFOS’ enterprise platform at scale.
  • Own CI/CD and deployment automation: Develop, optimize, and manage deployment pipelines using GitLab and Ansible, ensuring consistent, repeatable releases across environments.
  • Drive operational excellence end-to-end: Take ownership of platform operations from infrastructure provisioning through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure system reliability and availability: Maintain critical production services with a focus on uptime, performance, and rapid issue resolution in a 24/7 on-call environment.
  • Implement monitoring and observability: Strengthen platform visibility through metrics, alerting, and proactive monitoring using Zabbix, ensuring teams can detect and respond to issues quickly.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues: Diagnose infrastructure and application-level failures, resolve traffic anomalies, and lead remediation efforts across distributed systems.
