Job Title: Speech Therapist
Job Location: East Stroudsburg, Pa; Dunmore, PA
Shift(s): Part-Time and Per Diem Positions Available

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
  • Visit patient and assess patient, care and plans with patient/family and physician.
  • Assist the patient with activities of daily living and facilitate their efforts towards self-sufficiency and independence
  • Teaches and supervises patient and family in the home environment regarding treatment, self-care, coping and preventive health measures.
  • Communicates effectively with patient, patient's family, agency staff, physician, and other involved disciplines (i.e., social services, therapists, etc.) to carry out treatment plan objectives.

Requirements:
  • Must have a current drivers license
  • Ability to travel to case assignments as assigned.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Current license as a Speech Therapist in Pennsylvania
