Job Description
Global financial institution seeks a Bilingual Japanese Foreign ExchangeSales Analyst in New York.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Execute and process FX transactions (such as Spot, Forwards, Options, NDF among others) via phone and E-commerce platform
  • Execute and process Money Market transactions (such as Deposits and YCD's, among others)
  • Work together with relationship managers and other product groups to ensure successful execution and settlement of transactions
  • Closely communicate with corporate customers and business partners and provide necessary reporting, correspondence.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Requirements
  • Fluent in Japanese and English language (both oral and written) required
  • Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • FX pricing and/or FX trading experience
  • Work experience in Trading room environment
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with ability to multi-task in high pressured fast paced environment
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries effectively, efficiently, and quickly
  • Strong PC skills PowerPoint/Excel/Word
  • E-FX platforms experience (FXall, 360T, Bloomberg) a plus
  • Ability to execute and market Treasury products in Japanese to Japanese corporate clients and the bank's Japanese speaking counterparties.
  • Ability to work in a Team environment
  • Preferably Minimum 1-3 years Financial markets experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business (Finance or Economics preferred)
  • Regular Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm.Taking turns to stay late till latest 6:30 pm
