  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and conflicting priorities while developing solutions that keep projects moving forward.
  • Facilitate regular project reviews, prioritization meetings, and cross-functional communication.

Collection Development & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Ecommerce, Production, Product Development, Product Information, Graphics, and Styling teams throughout every stage of collection development.
  • Manage the flow of information across departments to ensure creative teams have the resources, approvals, and direction needed to execute successfully.
  • Organize and lead knowledge-sharing meetings that improve communication and alignment between teams.
  • Partner with Marketing leaders to ensure assets are developed appropriately for all channels and customer audiences.

Quality Control & Process Improvement

  • Champion and reinforce the proofing process to minimize errors and maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Lead color proofing reviews and support color accuracy across printed and digital materials.
  • Ensure all imagery, graphics, product information, and marketing assets are accurate, complete, and on brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain quality standards from concept through final production.
  • Continuously evaluate workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, communication, and accuracy.

Marketing & Sales Support

  • Create and oversee the development of internal sales tools, sample books, presentation materials, and trade show assets.
  • Create and manage consumer-facing marketing materials across print and digital channels.
  • Support collection launches with coordinated creative assets that maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints.
