Job description

Offset Press Associate

Location: Morrisville, NC
Shift: 12-hour shifts (Days: 7 AM - 7 PM or Nights: 7 PM - 7 AM)
Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3-2 pattern

About the Role

As an Offset Press Associate, you'll support the Press Operator in producing high-quality printed materials for some of the world's most recognized brands. You'll assist with setting up, maintaining, and operating multi-color offset presses, ensuring materials and print jobs run smoothly, accurately, and safely.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with press setup, paper loading, ink preparation, and plate mounting

  • Verify job specs, materials, and print settings for accuracy

  • Monitor quality, pull sample sheets, and support make-ready and wash-ups

  • Help maintain and troubleshoot press components

  • Follow all safety, housekeeping, and production procedures

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment operation, or printing

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
