In this role, you will work with State Street teams across the globe to support premier investment management clients. You will have immediate responsibility for overseeing day-to-day accounting, lifecycle and trade-related activities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This role requires strong client focus, operational discipline, and the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.

What you will be responsible for
As a Senior Associate, you will:
โ€ข Act as a resource within the assigned business unit to resolve complex operational and client-related issues involving clients, counterparties, custodians, brokers, and internal teams.
โ€ข Maintain comprehensive and accurate information across client trading platforms, and internal records.
โ€ข Deliver high-quality service through timely follow-up, proactive communication, and serving as a trusted operational partner to internal and external stakeholders.
โ€ข Research, analyze, and respond efficiently to internal and external client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
โ€ข Support the Operations team by managing and resolving actions across all client types using approved systems and custodian platforms.
โ€ข Perform processing and control-related tasks as required to support daily processing routines and regulatory standards.
โ€ข Prepare, complete, review, and validate standard and ad hoc client reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
โ€ข Apply data analytics and application knowledge to identify and create solutions to improve processing

Salary Range:
$58,240 - $92,560 Annual
