Job description

The Role

As a Supplies Associate at Triumph, you will play a key role in the operations behind our fastest growing app, Rips, a digital collectible trading card app. You'll be part of our new Supplies team, reporting to the Supplies Manager, and responsible for keeping shipping and packaging materials stocked, organized, and ready for the fulfillment teams that process and ship Pokémon cards and other collectibles to hundreds of thousands of users across the country. This role is critical to keeping our operation moving fast and scaling as we grow.

What You'll Do
  • Accept and check in deliveries from vendors and freight carriers, verifying counts against orders.

  • Perform daily counts of supply products and keep inventory records accurate and up to date.

  • Restock supply stations so materials are always accessible to the fulfillment teams.

  • Break down boxes, move pallets and cartons to designated storage zones, and keep supply areas clean and organized.

  • Flag low stock, damaged goods, or delivery issues to the Supplies Manager quickly.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Quick on your feet and comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • A problem solver who takes initiative when something's off.
