Address  Santa Ana, Ca 92705
Pay: $17/hr 
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday- Friday, 4am/6am-2:30pm (overtime required daily and Sat as needed)
Job Description
The Sealer will encapsulate coins, sports cards, non-sports cards, and event tickets. The position is based in Santa Ana, CA. We are currently hiring for our day and night shift.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Position:
  • Seal coins, sports cards, non-sports cards, and event tickets
  • Occasionally travel to trade shows
  • Learning various sizes of gasket sizes and card holders
  • Maintain knowledge of coins and sports cards
  • Crack-out and re-seal coins, sports cards, non-sports cards according to changes
Skills Required to be Successful in the Position:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computers skills needed, 10-key is a plus
  • Ability to following directions, work well with others, and must be able to handle delicate items with the utmost care
  • Able to lift 10 pounds or more
Day to day:
  • Run an assembly line in the back and will get trained of the whole process: 6 person assembly
  • 1st pull the card and the flip
  • 2nd gets the card and flips
  • 3rd person puts the lid on to complete the sealing process
  • 4th person: QCs and checking for debris and dust and no damage
  • 5th person: welds it
  • 6th person: images it
  • Per shift: averages 22,000 cards per night
  • Overall goal per day for all of sealing is 50,000 products per day
Experience - Must haves vs. Nice to Have:
  • When interviewing: Data entry or warehouse experience (operations)
  • Super detail oriented 
  • Very hands on with having to catch incorrect information and mistakes
