Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team at our Ontario, CA headquarters. This role plays a key part in supporting both customers and the sales team by ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and exceptional service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service throughout each interaction
  • Process estimates and sales orders efficiently with a high degree of accuracy
  • Assist outside sales representatives with quotes, order entry, and customer service needs
  • Identify sales opportunities and relay them to Account Managers or the Sales Manager
  • Provide customer service and technical support via Live Chat
  • Support the sales team by sourcing products from vendors
  • Make outbound calls as needed (e.g., emailed orders, stock issues, split shipments)
  • Maintain and update customer account information
  • Relay customer comments, complaints, or issues to the Sales Manager
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and trade shows as required
  • Create new customer accounts in NetSuite
  • Update and track projects regularly using Traction Tools


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to perform basic math functions and calculations
  • Strong multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
