Team Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay: $23.00 to $28.00/hourly based on experience
  • Health Insurance: choose from two employer-sponsored health insurance plans
  • 401k: company-matched contributions of up to 5% after one year of service

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently

Job Brief:

Working Tradesman are skilled craftsmen that are proficient in all trades of construction. Including but not limited to minor framing, insulation, hanging drywall, finish drywall, paint, finish trim & doors, etc. They are responsible for managing the project and fallowing the scope of work provided by the estimator and supervisor. Must also be proficient at time management, material take off's, and customer Communication. 
 
Responsibilities:

  • Follow the scope of work provided and execute effectively and efficiently
  • Notify management of any necessary changes to the scope
  • Safely and effectively operate power and specialty tools 
  • Document all activity in job management software
  • Locate, order, and/or purchase materials per scope of project and submit receipts to office personnel
  • Communicate all activity to customers and team
  • Record labor activity per job 
 
Qualifications:

  • 2+  years’ experience in construction industry.
  • Restoration experience is a plus
  • Must have strong customer service communication skills
  • Willing to take command of projects and crews to maximize quality and output
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Proficient in computer skills; Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Fluent in English
  • Bi-lingual a plus
  • Project Management experience a plus
