Marketing Services & Events Coordinator is responsible for the execution and logistical support of trade shows, customer events, literature fulfillment, and internal marketing services. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring that materials, events, and customer-facing resources are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

The position works closely with all marketing team members to maintain the systems and processes required for day-to-day marketing operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Trade Show & Event Management
  • Plan and execute trade show logistics.
  • Manage event registrations and exhibitor requirements.
  • Coordinate booth shipping, setup, and teardown logistics.
  • Manage event schedules, vendor relationships, and supporting documentation.
  • Order promotional items and maintain event inventory.
  • Support on-site event execution as required (some travel required).
Marketing Operations
  • Maintain marketing literature inventory.
  • Coordinate printing and production of marketing materials.
  • Manage distribution and fulfillment of sales collateral.
  • Support departmental budgeting and purchase tracking as assigned.
Documentation & Fulfillment Support
  • Maintain inventory levels for frequently used documents and collateral.
  • Support fulfillment of product literature for manufacturing locations.
Administrative & Process Support
  • Maintain marketing item inventories and records.
  • Coordinate departmental logistics and scheduling support.
  • Assist with project tracking and execution.
  • Support continuous improvement of marketing processes and workflows.
Sales Support Coordination
  • Fulfill requests for sales collateral and event materials.
  • Coordinate shipment of sales support resources.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or related roles.
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting data pipelines and analytical solutions in a production environment.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience developing complex queries, views, stored procedures, and data transformations.
  • Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks or Azure Synapse.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data architecture best practices.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations, middleware, APIs, and data migration methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Understanding of data quality frameworks, monitoring, and validation processes.
  • Experience implementing data governance, metadata management, and master data practices.
  • Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance considerations related to enterprise data.
  • Experience supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial analytics.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, private equity-backed, or multi-site organizations.
