Position Overview

As the Sales Account Coordinator, you will support the Fitness & Military Sales teams across the CELSIUS®, ALANI NU®, and ROCKSTAR® portfolios by supporting operations across Fitness and Military channels, with limited Foodservice Team interaction. This role is responsible for managing invoices, coordinating product demos, managing marketing assets, customer tradeshow execution and ensuring smooth order fulfillment and follow-up. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities efficiently. 

In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL 

Driving Requirements: This role may occasionally require operation of a company sales fleet vehicle. A valid U.S. Driver’s License is required; applicants must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening. 

People Management Responsibilities: No 

Role Type: Full-Time

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, account coordination, or administrative support. 
  • Familiarity with AP/AR processes and invoice management. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com). 
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage input and communication with CELH Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable 

(AR) for Military and Fitness channels. 

  • Pull and submit invoices for military partners, including Marines and AAFES from military portals 

into ESKER platform. 

  • Coordinate and support product demos across Fitness, Military, and Food Service (FS) segments.  
  • Utilize Monday.com to track projects, workflows, and task progress.  
  • Manage creative assets and image requests through Frontify. 
  • Oversee inventory and distribution of coolers and product samples.  
  • Coordinate sample shipments for PUSH teams and sales representatives.  
  • Assist with trade show setup, logistics, and execution. 
  • Conduct order follow-ups, ensure timely processing, and issue resolution for Muscle Food 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with military accounts (AAFES or similar). 
  • Background in fitness, CPG, or food service industries. 
  • Familiarity with asset management platforms like Frontify. 
  • Experience supporting trade shows or field marketing events. 

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
