LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing and highly respected experiential marketing and trade show exhibit organization to identify a full time, experienced Trade Show Exhibits Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. As the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you'll oversee exhibit projects from initial planning through final installation and event execution.
Location: Greater Milwaukee Area (On-Site) | Travel up to 20%
Compensation : $70K-$80K + benefits

Role Requirements:
✔Min. 3 years of project management experience within the trade show, exhibit, experiential marketing, event, or related industry.
✔ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
✔ Experience coordinating vendors, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
✔ Exceptional communication and client service abilities
✔ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
