Purpose of the Role

The Trade Support Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist traders and portfolio managers with day to day issues regarding trade bookings and/or trade settlement.
  • Capture all securities trades for the US teams, assist UK team as needed.
  • Provide support to London in the US afternoon.
  • Liaise with various operations teams to resolve downstream issues.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Work with traders/portfolio managers to resolve all trading and/or booking issues.
  • Research and respond to all trade/position break emails from internal teams throughout the day.
  • Monitor and assist with the management of US timed option expiries.
  • Liaise with Compliance around fund limits and monitor to make sure positions are correct.
  • Liaise with departments such as Legal/Compliance/Investment Teams/IT and the Settlement Team on a regular basis.
  • Manage the handover from London in the US afternoon and back to London at the US close.
  • Deal with any ad-hoc operational issues that may arise.

Base Salary Range: The anticipated based salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 + benefits + a discretionary bonus. This is the base salary range that the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting based on the location and requirements of the position as well as the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant.
