We are seeking an experienced and dependable Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role involves supporting the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, leading team members, and ensuring top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about team development, helping the community and retail success.

Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and staff management
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer needs and issues effectively
  • Supervise, train, and motivate retail associates to achieve performance goals
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards
  • Open and close the store, handle cash register operations, and balance tills
  • Analyze sales data and support promotional planning and execution
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation
  • Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with all operational procedures

Assistant Store Manager Qualifications and Skills
