What are track and field jobs?

Track and field jobs refer to various roles involved in organizing, coaching, officiating, and supporting track and field sports events. Track and field jobs can be found at schools, colleges, sports clubs, and professional organizations. They are essential for the smooth operation and success of track and field competitions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a track and field coach, and why are they important?
