Executive Assistant / Football

The Executive Assistant for Football provides high-level executive and administrative support and serves as a key operational resource within the Football program. The position manages complex scheduling, correspondence, meetings, travel coordination, records, budgeting, communications, and confidential administrative matters while ensuring the Football staff are positioned to operate efficiently in a highly competitive environment. The position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-profile collegiate athletics environment. Will regularly interact with senior university administrators, coaches, student-athletes, parents and families, donors, alumni, recruits and their families, agents, vendors, conference and NCAA representatives, and other internal and external stakeholders. This position will report to the Chief of Staff for Football.

Bachelor's degree in a related field with relevant experience, or a master's degree. Administrative or executive support experience. Experience managing complex calendars, scheduling, correspondence, travel, meetings, budgets, and administrative processes. Demonstrated discretionary practice of handling confidential and sensitive information. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work nights and weekends as needed, and travel to away football games.

Experience within a NCAA Division I athletics department or professional sports organization. Practical knowledge of intercollegiate athletics operations, recruiting, football program administration, and NCAA or conference environments.

Commensurate with experience. Exempt: Not eligible for overtime. Restricted. 40+. Nights and weekends as needed. 9/14/2026.
