  • Pay: $80,000 - $120,000+ annually based on experience (uncapped commission + overtime eligible)

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing equipment
  • Present tailored solutions and sales options that align with each customer's needs
  • Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
  • Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth, sales skills, and skill development
  • Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Residential Service Plumbing experience required
  • Comfort presenting options to homeowners; training provided for consultative sales
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
  • Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
  • Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date
