The lifeguard Supervisor is responsible for supervising and administering activities within their assigned swimming pool facilities in order to provide quality swimming programs and services. Hire and supervise pool staff to ensure that staff is qualified and performing their duties in a safe and courteous manner. All Supervisors must hold a current TPO certification. Classes are available for those who need certification.
Qualifications
  • A valid TPO certification or the willingness to obtain one.
  • A valid Lifeguard Management Certificate or the willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience with youth management.
  • Must be 18 years old.
