Description

 Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Central Oregon. We are looking for a Toyota Service Experience Associate to join our Service team. At Toyota Bend our Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. 


Customers might purchase a few vehicles from us throughout the years, but our goal is to have lifelong service customers and we trust our Experience Associates to be the first contact of Kendall in our service departments. We are looking for candidates who have high level customer service experience, those who can demonstrate time management, strong work ethics, and strong communication skills.  


Duties will include:

  • Greet incoming service clients. 
  • Provide clients who are waiting for service with refreshments; including coffee, water, and light snacks.
  • Move, park, and retrieve vehicles to assist with the service department flow.
  • Prepare vehicles to be serviced by washing front windows and vacuuming driver areas.
  • Create a positive and professional first impression.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions promptly and accurately.
  • Must attend training meetings with service department.
  • Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on vehicle offerings.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service area.

Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
