  • Highly Competitive Pay: $6,000 monthly salary + 3.5% of Store Gross + 10% of Store Net

What You’ll Do:

As our General Manager, you will be the driving force behind dealership success, leading every department to achieve operational excellence and outstanding profitability. 

  • Manage all dealership operations to maximize revenue and performance 

  • Review financials, DOCs, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities 

  • Develop, document, and maintain operational workflows, process maps, and swimlane diagrams to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities.  

  • Lead the design and implementation of business processes and strategic plans across multiple teams 

  • Coach and mentor department leaders to achieve individual and team goals 

  • Partner with ownership to review dealership financials and strategic direction 

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers and lenders 

  • Oversee recruiting, training, and professional development for managers 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and a culture of ethics and accountability 

  • Address and resolve customer and employee concerns effectively 

  • Create effective advertising and merchandising strategies to enhance visibility 

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive GSM, Service Director, or General Manager (GM experience preferred) 

  • Advanced knowledge of dealership operations, sales management, and fixed ops 

  • Proven success leading a franchised auto dealership to strong financial performance 

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills 

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, ADP, CDK, and HRIS systems 

  • Strong ethical leadership and commitment to company culture
