Job Summary 

The Customer Team Coordinator is responsible for working directly with our technicians and customers through proactive communication on scheduling and billing. The Customer Team Coordinator will coordinate parts procurement and order processing with the parts department to ensure technicians have needed items for field repairs.  

General Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Receive incoming service calls and dispatch technicians accordingly 

  • Track open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up and/or invoice 

  • Operate in a professional and courteous manner to exceed customer expectations 

  • Initiate and control repair orders and the proper status for labor and materials to the customers 

  • Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner". 

Educational/Job Requirements 

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, two years of customer service or administrative experience and display efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. The Customer Team Coordinator communicates to associates, customers, and managers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
