CNC Machinist/Programmer

Starting Pay: $35.50 - $46.50 Per Hour
Based Upon Experience & Skill Level

$5,000 Sign on Bonus: $2,500 paid at 60 days of employment, $2,500 at 120 days of employment.


MTMUS is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist, preferably with Tool & Die background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming and setup experience machining large automotive dies. Have three and five axis head experience on a large bridge mill. The candidate would also be self-sufficient with a strong ability to work safely and efficiently when emergency repairs are necessary. When needed this individual would be willing and able to assist in tasks on the shop floor maintaining and repairing large metal stamping dies.


Requirements
  • 10+ years of CNC machining experience
  • 5+ years Work NC design & programming experience
  • Strong knowledge of G&M code
  • Experience setting up large dies and components
  • 5-axis CNC experience with head changer
  • Fanuc control experience
  • Experience with manual shop equipment:
    • Mills
    • Lathes
    • Drill Press
    • Grinders
    • Saws

Preferred Skills
  • ATOS Scanning
  • GOM software
  • AUTO CAD
