Big Two is looking for all skill level technicians because we have the highest Service volume with more Toyota customers than any other market in the Phoenix Metro area. Earn equal pay raises on your timeline with quality performance and by obtaining ASEs and higher Toyota certification levels. No waiting period, pay increases take effect when new levels are achieved.ย ย 

Responsibilitiesย 

  • Perform routine maintenance and basic repair work efficiently and safelyย 
    ย 
  • Inspect vehicles and assist in identifying mechanical concernsย 
    ย 
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment under guidance from Master Techniciansย 
    ย 
  • Learn to diagnose and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and engine componentsย 
    ย 
  • Follow Manufacturer and Dealership policies and proceduresย 
    ย 
  • Communicate findings and additional repair needs to Service Advisorsย

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentย
