Who we're looking for

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Technology team is looking for a highly motivated person to fill a role as a Senior Productivity Security, Analyst.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Senior Analyst of Productivity Security to support the protection of modern workforce technologies, including AI-driven productivity platforms, enterprise APIs, endpoint applications, and mobile environments.
This role is responsible for executing security controls, conducting assessments, and supporting secure-by-design initiatives across productivity platforms. The Senior Analyst will work closely with engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to operationalize protections, detect risk, and ensure consistent enforcement of security standards at scale.

Whatyou'llbe doing

  • Execute and maintain security controls across AI productivity platforms, enterprise APIs, endpoint applications, browsers, and mobile environments.

  • Support the implementation of AI security controls, including prompt protection monitoring, data leakage prevention (DLP), access controls, and policy enforcement.

  • Perform security assessments, control validations, and configuration reviews across AI workflows, APIs, endpoints, and mobile applications.

  • Assist in monitoring for misuse patterns and anomalous behavior in AI systems, APIs, and workforce technologies.

  • Support endpoint and browser security operations, including application control validation, privilege monitoring, policy enforcement, and configuration compliance.

  • Assist in mobile security operations, including MDM/MAM policy validation, app protection controls, and data handling enforcement.

  • Partner with engineering and workplace technology teams to support secure implementation of productivity tools and services.

  • Contribute to threat modeling preparation, risk assessments, and documentation of findings and remediation tracking.

  • Validate adherence to security standards, guardrails, and best practices related to AI usage, APIs, and endpoint/mobile application security.

  • Support incident response, investigations, and root cause analysis for security events impacting productivity platforms.

  • Maintain documentation, reporting metrics, and evidence required for audit, compliance, and leadership reporting.

  • Stay informed on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory expectations impacting AI and workforce productivity technologies.

What you bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or related technical roles with exposure to endpoint, application, API, mobile, or cloud security domains.

  • Foundational understanding of AI security concepts, including data exposure risks, prompt misuse, and identity/access considerations.

  • Experience supporting endpoint security controls such as application allow listing, privilege management, or device configuration enforcement.

  • Familiarity with enterprise mobility concepts, including MDM/MAM and mobile application protection controls.

  • Ability to follow structured processes, document findings clearly, and support remediation efforts across teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and operational discipline.

  • Working knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, CIS Controls, and OWASP.

Added bonus if you have

  • Exposure to enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, internal GenAI tools, AWS Bedrock) or AI-related risk monitoring.

  • Hands-on experience with endpoint or browser security tools (e.g., Intune, Defender, application control, browser isolation, or DLP).

  • Familiarity with API security tools or traffic inspection platforms.

  • Experience supporting control testing, audit evidence collection, or compliance validation in regulated environments.

  • Understanding of AI governance concepts, acceptable use policies, or enterprise security guardrails for AI adoption.

  • Relevant certifications such as Security+, GSEC, AZ-500, or other foundational security certifications.
