Full-Time Detail Specialist for Town Toyota
We are looking for an experienced Detail Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. A Detail Specialist will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they are in pristine condition upon completion. This position requires someone who understands the importance of customer satisfaction and takes pride in their work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Clean and detail vehicles according to customer specifications and company standards
• Assess the condition of each vehicle to determine the necessary cleaning and detailing tasks
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure a high-quality finish
• Perform advanced detailing, such as paint correction, interior shampooing, and waxing
• Perform quality checks to ensure that each vehicle meets company standards
• Communicate with supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction and recommend additional services
• Maintain an organized and clean detailing area to ensure efficiency and safety
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a high level of physical activity
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed

Work Environment:
As part of the essential duties, this position requires operating motor vehicles and working with hazardous, fatal materials. The employee's essential duties are such that impairment caused by drug or alcohol could result in significant injury or death.
