Our appointment structure includes:
  • 30-40 minute appointment times, adjustable based on patient needs
  • 1-hour lunch break
  • The ability to add catch-up time blocks when needed
  • Surgery and dentistry that are optional, based on your comfort level and interests - and we are fully supportive of referring to a specialty center
You'll also enjoy excellent support ratios:
  • 2 technicians per DVM during surgery
  • 1 technician + 1 assistant (or 2 technicians) per DVM in appointments
We focus on practicing efficient, team-supported medicine so you can do your best work without burnout. Flexible Scheduling:We are open to full-time or part-time DVMs. Our current doctor works 4.5 days per week, but we are completely flexible and will build a schedule that aligns with your lifestyle and preferences, with the benefit of no weekend shifts. We Care for Our Community:We are proud partners of the Fond du Lac Humane Society, where we currently provide free initial wellness appointments for newly adopted pets.
