Location: King of Prussia, PA

Tower Engineering Professionals is seeking a full-time employee for a Tower Technician, in our King of Prussia, PA location. This position is an entry level position, paid training and all equipment is provided, and you are paid while training. Tower Engineering Professionals offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, paid vacation and holidays, 401k with company match, and a relaxed, fun environment.

Responsibilities:
Field Duties (70- 80% of work time):
  • Perform inspections, tower mappings and post construction inspections on telecommunications towers.
  • Ability to travel up to five days a week.
  • Must have a labor-intensive attitude and be capable of climbing towers, water tanks or rooftops, and the physical ability and willingness to scan, probe, dig and drill to obtain foundation dimensions and steel reinforcement on guyed, SST, and Monopole Towers
  • Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner.
  • Adhere to all company and industry standard/regulations (OSHA, COMTRAIN, etc.)
Office Duties (20- 30% of work time):
  • Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to field work.
  • Review peer work product.
Qualifications:
  • One year general construction experience preferred but not required; some cell tower industry experience highly preferred.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings that include background and drug testing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter, team player, and results oriented.
  • Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
