Responsibilities
  • Helping support the day-to-day business operations of Tower's securities trading in the Americas region
  • Expanding Tower's participation both on exchanges and in other liquidity pools
  • Managing relationships with banks, trading venues and brokers, including overseeing prime brokerage relationships and exchange memberships
  • Executing strategic priorities for Tower's business
  • Market trend and regulatory research
  • Organizing administrative records necessary to support trading

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's or advanced degree from a top university
  • At least 3 or more years of professional experience in a related field (e.g bank, trading venue, or a trading firm)
  • Prior experience and familiarity with US equities and/or US options market structure
  • Familiarity with current market structure, commercial policies and regulatory developments in US securities
  • Strong understanding of trading technology and fluency discussing technical concepts Exceptional analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and experience making data-driven strategic decisions
  • Project management experience
  • A demonstrated capacity to work independently and as a team member
  • Programming skills are not a requirement, but experience with Python, SQL, R or other analytical languages is a plus

Anticipated annual base salary range $110k - $145k, plus eligible for discretionary bonus.
