Job description

Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Fresno, CA working within Home Health where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active California Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Home Health experience preferred. Candidates without home health experience will be considered.
  • Experience using Wellsky EMR preferred or ability to learn Wellsky (user friendly).
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations: 36 points per 36 hours (client-specific requirement).
  • Must be able to work within the Kings/Tulare County territory and travel to patient homes as assigned.
  • Schedule flexibility to meet a minimum of 36 hours per week. Client will consider 5x8 or 4x10 schedules (preferred scheduling options).

  • Schedule: Minimum 36 hours per week. Flexible schedule; client will consider 5x8s or 4x10s.
  • Shift Details: flexible scheduling with daily schedules created by on-staff schedulers.
  • Territory: Kings/Tulare County area. Candidates must be prepared to travel to patient homes within this territory.
  • Productivity Expectation: 36 points per 36 hours as required by the client.
