Job Description:

Under the direction of the Casino Marketing Manager, the incumbent is responsible for Soliciting and identifying new gaming customers on the casino floor for the Player's Club program and maintains customer information assuring the highest standards of data entry.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Generating new business by signing up qualified customers for the Player's Club.

  • Greeting and interacting with guests in the casino in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Communicating to customers up to date information regarding promotions, events, entertainment and general property information and creating and issuing Player's Club cards.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required and previous customer service, data entry, telemarketing or retail sales experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
