Job description

The Minneapolis Club is seeking a professional, energetic, and engaging Pilates Reformer Instructor to lead Private and Group classes. This is an exciting chance to join a private, high-end Club where classes are intentionally small - allowing for personalized instruction, attention to form, and meaningful member connections.
Responsibilities
• Create and deliver dynamic, motivating, and safe group fitness experiences.
• Provide individualized guidance to ensure proper form and technique.
• Collaborate with the Fitness & Wellness team to expand offerings and drive participation.
• Demonstrate professionalism, timeliness, and preparedness for every session.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere for members.
• Instructors certified in Personal Training may have additional opportunities for one-on-one training.
• Conduct private lessons and group reformer classes (maximum four people) using all pilates equipment, including the reformer, chair, tower and mat
