As an Aircrew Operations Specialist, your contributions will entail: Distributed Training coordination in support of Live, Virtual, and Constructive operations Simulation device set-up, to include scenario mission loading requirements and operations Operating Next Generation Threat System software to replicate mission essential Joint Integration scenarios in support of up-to-date Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures Provide Tactics Instructors recommendations in support of aircrew execution Providing SME inputs to Training Departments on current and future operational employment and relevant Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures Assist evaluations of student training/mission performance as required and record trainer performance IAW established criteria. Review curriculum, assess, and recommend improvements to the training program. Maintaining currency and proficiency with appropriate TTPs, SME lectures, and providing input to developing tactics Build, develop, and coordinate appropriate EAWS mission planning products in support of Fleet requirements (e.g., JMPS, NGTS) Troubleshooting LVC devices in support of aircrew operations Assessing and recommending changes to the COR, Leads, and SMEs for changes or updates to support evolving tactical scenarios Conduct all other duties as directed/assigned in the Statement of Work / Contract Conduct all other tasks as directed by Site Lead / Manager Valiant Integrated Services is an employer who hires in accordance with applicable state and federal law.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment in compliance with those laws. Position Requirements NATOPS qualified aircrew member (Pilot or Electronic Warfare Officer) of the EA-18G aircraft within the preceding 2 years and have a minimum of 1 deployed fleet tour and 500 flying hours in the EA-18G. Former ACTC Level 3 qualification / flight lead in respective TMS Completed a 2-year Instructor tour (e.g., NAWDC / FRS ) and qualified as an ACTC Level 2 instructor Consideration will be given to fully qualified aircrew of other TMS with equivalent credentials, or individuals who were designated as TMS contract instructors / operations specialists within the last two years.

Requires mental alertness and acute concentration, the physical ability to walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time. Present a professional appearance Upon hire, will be subject to additional Government vetting in IAW requirements. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: ACTC Level 4 qualification / package commander in respective TMS.

750+ flying hours in TMS. WTI graduate to include NAWDC or equivalent Weapon School Tour in respective TMS. * Completed a Training Officer tour.

SECURITY REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
