Now Hiring: Non-CDL Tour Managers – Experiential Marketing Tours
Lime Media is seeking experienced Drivers and Tour Managers to support high-profile brand activations and promotional tours across the United States. If you enjoy driving large vehicles, working live events, and representing major national brands, this is a unique opportunity to be part of exciting marketing campaigns.

Our Drivers / Tour Managers ensure vehicles and assets arrive safely and on schedule while serving as the primary point of contact for clients during event activations. This role combines professional driving with hands-on event execution, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, independence, and fast-paced environments.Lime Media produces innovative experiential marketing programs that bring brands to life through custom vehicles, mobile tours, and immersive activations nationwide.

Driver Snapshot-

  • Vehicle: Branded small to large vehicles and trailers
  • License: Regular Driver's License and Medical DOT Card
  • Travel: Local market programs and nationwide tours
  • Environment: Live promotional events and brand activations
  • Schedule: Campaign-based with potential evenings and weekends

Core Responsibilities-

  • Safely operate branded trucks and trailers within designated markets or nationwide tours
  • Transport vehicles and assets to event locations on schedule
  • Set up and break down activation displays and event equipment
  • Represent Lime Media and brand partners professionally onsite
  • Assist with various duties during live marketing activations
  • Maintain vehicles and equipment in clean, show-ready condition
  • Troubleshoot basic mechanical or operational issues when needed
  • Occasionally oversee brand ambassadors and production assistants onsite

Requirements-

  • 5+ years of experience driving oversized vehicles preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid DOT Medical Card certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanically inclined with problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and representing major brands

Physical Requirements-

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks such as climbing ladders and working outdoors
  • Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment
  • Visual acuity for inspecting displays and ensuring quality standards

Work Environment-

  • Primarily on-site and on the road at various activation locations
  • Travel within markets and occasional nationwide tours
  • May include evenings and weekends depending on program schedule
  • Frequent interaction with clients, vendors, agencies, and consumers

  • Lime Media runs a variety of programs in major cities across the United States, including both local activations and short-term tours that may require overnight travel.
