How will you fit in the big picture?
The Chocolate DCS team drives brand strategy, marketing, product innovation, and whitespace growth across Hershey's chocolate portfolio and adjacent categories.
As Senior Associate Brand Manager, DCS Chocolate, Premium, you will develop consumer-grounded growth initiatives for Hershey's Premium Chocolate portfolio, including established brands and new brand development. With an emphasis on Better-For-You chocolate, you will identify emerging trends, unmet consumer needs, and whitespace opportunities that can help deliver Hershey's growth ambitions.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of premium chocolate at the Sweetest Place on Earth.
What will you do?
 
  • Leverage consumer insights and trends across chocolate and broader snacking categories to identify whitespace opportunities and translate them into actionable innovation strategies.
  • Develop new product and non-product initiatives from discovery and ideation through commercialization.
  • Analyze business opportunities and present clear, strategic recommendations to leaders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through project planning and execution, coordinating activities across multiple functions.
  • Manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work against established timelines.
  • Lead work with external agencies, research vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
  • Demonstrate accountability for business results and the creation of sustainable economic value.
Minimum Education & Requirements
Experience:
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic thinking, business analysis, project management, or innovation.
  • Strong leadership and planning skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against timelines.
  • Marketing experience and familiarity with syndicated data sources, such as Circana or Numerator, preferred.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
