The Role and What You'll Do
WME seeks passionate, highly organized, and proactive candidates for a Latin Music Tour Marketing Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Marketing Executive for the management of their office and across a variety of client-oriented business.
โ€ข Assist with all administrative needs, including scheduling and calendar management, email correspondence, phone calls, expense reports, and travel arrangements
โ€ข Coordinate marketing timelines, promotional assets, and deliverables while tracking tour announcements, ticket pre-sales, public on-sales, and key deadlines
โ€ข Coordinate with artist management, promoters, venues, and internal teams to support tour marketing initiatives
โ€ข Gather, organize, and distribute marketing assets, including artwork and social media promotional material
โ€ข Create and maintain trackers to monitor marketing deliverables, timelines, and deadlines
โ€ข Review creative and promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
โ€ข Contribute with innovative marketing ideas that could convert into ticket sales
โ€ข Adapt to fast-paced needs, short deadlines and ever evolving timelines
โ€ข Collaborate with marketing executive during meetings, brainstorms and presentations
โ€ข Stay informed about latest marketing trends and industry news that are key to the music department's success
You Have These
โ€ข One year minimum of marketing-related work or internship experience
โ€ข Passion for, and understanding of, the music business (preferably Latin Music Industry)
โ€ข Understanding of Latin culture
โ€ข Attention to detail and ability to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through
โ€ข Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
โ€ข Friendly and open demeanor with ability to always maintain confidentiality
โ€ข Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
โ€ข Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
โ€ข Ability to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently
โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills
โ€ข Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and sense of accountability
โ€ข Experience using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube
โ€ข Experience using Excel, Adobe InDesign, and/or Photoshop
โ€ข Fluency in Spanish
Compensation is $21/hr.
